Sick Designs UK is a small, independent print studio creating bold, cheeky and unapologetically funny designs. If it makes people laugh, double‑take or say “I probably shouldn’t wear this to meet the in‑laws,” it’s probably something we make.

We don’t just do T‑shirts - we print on hoodies, bags, mugs, patches, greeting cards and more. And if you’ve got an idea of your own, we’ll happily turn it into a custom design too. If it can be printed, we’ll make it happen.

Our Story

Sick Designs UK started with one simple idea: the world needs fewer boring prints and more things that make people laugh. What began as a small side project quickly turned into a full‑time mission to create bold, cheeky and unapologetically funny designs for people who love a bit of humour in their everyday life.

We’re a small UK team with a big personality. No corporate nonsense, no mass‑produced stock - just genuine people making genuinely fun stuff. We started printing T‑shirts, then hoodies, then mugs, bags, patches, greeting cards… and pretty much anything else people asked for. If it can be printed, we’ll give it a go.

Over time, customers started asking for custom designs too - birthday jokes, inside jokes, rude jokes, sentimental gifts, you name it. So we added that to the mix as well. Now we create both our own designs and yours, all printed to order, all made fresh, all made in the UK.
